I dont throw the ball up too high...u can actually hurt your finger...i taught myself at the age of 7 thru 10 years old..i taught myself how to dribble and do tricks..i need to get back into it..i miss it lots...i just keep my finger straight n keep it under the ball more..its easier that way...i dont throw it way high like her...but thats just me...but shes crazy with her spins

All these tutorials expect everyone to be able to simply throw the ball up in the air and make it spin evenly. Nope! I have been hooping since 2008 and still cannot do this. I can do circus lay-ups, shoot 80% free throws and can shoot 3's. Even a half court show is easier than this for me. But keep on doing your thing CJ!!
