Exactly as displayed on the controllers in the video, starting with the right stick but not letting go of it then the left stick, try to copy the motion of the animation until you get a feel for it.

Right, I'd recommend Easy controls always, just for the sake of the tutorial I'm showing both and especially those that can only be performed on Manual.

No, it's extremely useful and easy to do. Just passing a ball against strong opponents is not enough. But overplay 1vs1 gives you time, space, opportunity
