They will never consider that. It's typical in p2w games to organise powercreep so that you always have to buy new stuff if you want to remain competitive. It's a cash grab game wake up
Also the elder rift 50% new gem drop doesn't seem to be working. Did 6 x 10 legendary crest runs. All with the new gem drop confirmed. Received 4 5 star gem drop and not a single one was the new gem.
They probably realise the population are dropping so fast so quickly release more gem to do some last stage cash grab from the whales. Before the whales realise they are left themselve fighting each others. Even now as an 3k+ i need to wait quite long time to get a match and usually is with 6 to 10k and just going out to get killed.
The trial version doesn't work on challenge rifts, and in the first clip, you can clearly see that monsters were not one-shotted by that big sword hit.
As I predicted, this one is just quickly made, not working as it should cash grab 😂 also not so powerful on low levels, so for f2p players its useless anyway
You have a 40% chance of triggering the big sword animation, and that sword should knock up the enemy 100% of the time. However, when I was recording the video, as you can see from the slow-motion clip, it wasn't doing that. I think they fixed it, though.

Pay a little closer attention to the right side of the screen, and you will see that monsters affected by that just stay there for a moment and then move instead of being knocked up.
where is the knock up?

Instead of introducing new gems, Blizzard should redesign existing ones that are not useful, you should convey this to them Habo.
Also, the new gem appears to be completely dysfunctional.
Very very true. Some legendary gems are completely useless and this is a waste of our time and money. They should fix them ASAP
