Don't forget that you need much more physical silver to match the same purchasing price of gold. So, more storage for silver is needed; right now it is 78X more silver than gold. Another important thing is the supply of silver has been going down for years and it would be hard to get more since the price is so manipulated being low by the big banks; miners are not getting much money for silver extraction and exploring for more silver deposits. I can see the price of silver exploding with this scenario.

Precious Metals will skyrocket as the dollar loses buying power due to the divergence from influx in US Treasury Bonds to the Market, Increase in Printing the Dollar, and cost of goods increase as a result then inciting Hyperinflation. Precious Metal prices aren't going to go down much. With other countries backing their currency in Gold, you don't want to have a worthless.... currency. Industrial Metals, that's a different story. Industrial metals will fall. But then increase as foundries and manufacturers flop.

The difference between a Current A/C and Savings acc in inflationary times:
A current account with Fiat currency is melting ice. Only useful and accepted in that country or jurisdiction of influence for commercial trx.
A Savings account holds it's value. Certainly PMs or stable Commodity that can be liquidated or traded and exchanged for something else useful.
Post September and October 2024 only PMs (Precious Metals) will be accepted internationally not melting ice of Ccy.
So time to get some PMs. I got my savings in Sprotts Pslv ETF physical

agree, gold stocks didn't do anything for so long completely ignoring the last uptrend in spot gold price. but the truth can't be hidden, their income margin will increase hugely, gold mining stocks can't be ignored. in this phase we should expect silver to raise little faster compared to gold, but still good luck picking nice junior silver miners. the unhedged gold index (HUI) touched 300 today for the first time in 2-3 yeaars I think.. the future looks bright for precious metals owners.

With De-Dollarization taking place globally, dollars are gradually returning to America, causing Inflation. To control Inflation, the FED will have to increase Interest rates to 18-20 % as it did in the early eighties. This Inflation will cause Gold prices to hit the roof.
