Ah yes, the bluffing and exaggerations for Korean variety shows. Of course Eunbi works out probably a couple times per week, plus she likely does a couple hours of dance practice many days and that burns a lot of calories and really strengthens one's core.

I don't think so. Just normal things in coversation with many people to make the show fun and lively that's it. Some of it maybe because of editing and the other one she's trying brave herself to get points for her team.
