My brother-in-law and his son my nephew got their picture with Dolly. My nephew just recently and he was thrilled !!! His dad got a hug and a picture.

She is an absolute doll! One of my favorite moments several years ago was when she was performing on stage on the morning show in New York City, a bunch of female impersonators dressed up as her we’re all sitting in the front row, then the today show MC asked her what she thought about them all sitting there in the front row as she performed, she said to him, “they’re wonderful, we always have to remember there’s room for everybody in this world!” , What a gal, it’s too bad more can’t be the way she is,

I am feeling 35 all the time even though I'm not anymore . It was when I felt confident, don't worry about people though about me and my decision. No kids, just enjoying traveling around the world...I'm not talking about Paris Disney
❤️❤️We all love Dolly in our family but my son holds her up in a special light. When he was almost 2, he started getting books from her library club every month until he turned 5. He’s an avid reader and is reading upper elementary books in 1st grade. He always believed Dolly was personally sending him the books. Now he understands it’s Dolly’s organization but he will not give his books from Dolly away, even though he’s far past their level. They have sentimental value and I’m glad he cherishes them❤️ Dolly is one special lady!❤️❤️❤️

I agree with you. She doesn’t forget where she comes from and it’s beautiful. The royalties she earned from Whitney Houston’s _I Will Always Love You_ in 1992 were used by her to give to the Black communty in Nashville by buying a complex there. Her heartfelt philanthropy spans decades. She really cares. What an example of kindness and generosity she is. Blessings to Dolly.
