Hello! About the out of state aspect..if I’m the “major owner” that meets the criteria, am I able to apply if I live out of state, with intentions of moving there, or does the program require me to be a resident prior to application?
Also, what if I (as an owner who meets the criteria) have family that are willing to do business with me that live in Missouri but do not meet the criteria? Would I have to apply with them? Any info is appreciated and thank you for putting out great info.

@canndelta I'd like to own a processor license around Kansas City and also at least 4 dispensary licenses in and around Kansas city. I also want to be able to work with established companies so a Micro business is not acceptable.
