This is actually because his voice did not deepen much during puberty like other males did, so he got this child-like timbre in his voice which enabled him to sing high-pitched and sound like that. Even if you listen to his speaking voice, it's closely similar to his singing voice. He's just a fun and lovely person inside and out! You're asking whether he has dual voices or not, YES he has.. He can also sound darker or deeper with his voice. By the way, a countertenor voice always sound like a female voice to fulfil the forbidden of woman singer in the church during the baroque era. I know him pretty well I can tell you when he speaks it is in between female and male but when he sings it’s completely a female Voice. He cannot sing in a male voice. He’s not even from this world. Epic surprise.
