although I am going to fly a a340-600 from chicago to madrid I expected to fly a iberia regional air nonstrum to my connection flight in Jerez. But I looked and found out I'm actually flying a a320! Yay never been on a Iberia a320 before! Thanks for the trip report so I know what to expect.

The difference between the Lisbon and Madrid airports is night and day (despite your thumbs up to the Madrid airport). Love that the airport looks like a shopping mall with the stores scattered throughout the airport. Nice airport lounge. Oops I guess they forgot to pick up one water bottle from the floor hehe. Nice shots of the runways from your window. Awesome aerial views of Lisbon's skyline and the magnificent sunset. Nice plane food especially only being a 1 hour or so flight. Nice video.
I am very impressed regarding this IB A320 cabin-atmosphere. This Airbus-cabin looks so clean. The grey leather-seats (at least in Business) looks brandnew. Very good I can imagine your own positive thoughts about this short LIS - MAD flight.

Also, the reason for the economy menu is because short/ medium haul aircraft can change the capacity of business class, depending on the route and how many people are traveling. It's so that they don't have to change the menu everytime

Could you tell us your general opinion about Iberia? I'm Spanish and I have used it few times and I personally think they could do it MUCH better.

I think anybody would be happy to fly Iberia. A nice steak meal on a one hour flight, pretty good. Captain gave a really good address as well, that's always nice.
