In terms of sending documents to KCC and while appearing in interview, you do not need citizenship certificate. So no need to make translation of citizenship. Think about it if your birth certificate, marriage certificate and police report is in other language except in English.

you can proceed through online, i mean sending documents through email. but you need the original translated documents with notary stamps. so at least you have to visit to notary office to take the original translated documents or the lawyer can send those documents to you via courier.

No, KCC doesn't ask for citizenship. first list out the name of documents asked by KCC. Then only you have to decide which documents should be translated or not. I hope the video may give you proper idea. Thanks.
