- Hex-A-Gone is one of Fall Guys most iconic levels, and has been in the game since it launched. The level may look almost the same, but there have been some changes, and one of the biggest changes is the way people now play it! It's really crazy how Hex-a-gone has changed over the years, in my opinion.
Back in 2020 you just kind of got lucky and won, even if you always ran across the tiles, but today one mistake could mean that you're done for if you're playing in a good lobby. Fall Guys kind of became a really sweaty game now where most people don't play it often anymore
Hex a gone is fantastic, i think its on par with hex a ring
Also the art style in the first game is really nice

Fantastic video showcasing my favourite final and favourite ltm. This past hex trials was my most successful, 92 crowns in 3 days. It's about the only thing I really enjoy about the game at the moment. But that's a whole other subject.

I sort of wish you'd gone a little more into changes in the map and game mechanics over time. Coyote jumping has come and gone a few times, and as a result god jumps are a lot easier now than they once were. I also feel like coyote time has made jump diving a bit easier due to a little more margin of error in terms of when it's safe to touch the left stick after landing a dive (taking a tiny bit longer to get up is less likely to result in death). Max population size has changed, as with many finals--your first win was a 16-player game, but up to 20 players was possible up to some point in season 4, if memory serves. Then low-grav was added in season 4 (though eventually it was taken out of main/solo show), as was the small variant, and on the small variant, bugged spawns with no tile under you were possible for a loooong time. And speaking of bugs, the infinite jump glitch came and went a couple times. Oh, and in season 2 they changed the color of the layers very briefly, but it was wildly unpopular, and they changed it back. With regard to LTMs, of course Hex Trials was introduced in season 3 and Hex-a-4041/Hex-a-Gravity in season 4, but also there was the (amazing) 2022 April Fool's show with 40-player Hex. Oh, and there was the variation with pegwins and blaze canisters, haha.
As far as strats, there's a little room for evolution there too, as you could dive a little later, but now I'm just nitpicking (still, I've won a few games against other jump-divers in spite of fewer tiles, just because of better min-maxing of jump-dives).
I'm probably leaving some stuff out! You could go way into the weeds with this.

Not going to lie this is my least favorite final. I get it so often and it is incredibly boring. You jump dive and cut off people. There is also a lot of luck and I hate the body blocking. That is my opinion it is the worst final
