I stayed in Oasis Kuala Lumpur this July. I must remind the CEO that the property, managed by FEH, is in serious need of a renovation. Two lifts were out of action, we used the service lift to level 33! And the bathroom had wobbly taps and poor water flow. Felt like an 80s interior. Externally, the windows were dirty, behind the sink the cleaner had missed. I couldn't wait to leave.
