It is power gaming but doubt anyone cares enough to report or if he did get reported it'd just be an admin saying not to do it again. The car was locked so he had to either lock pick the car or smash the window. Other than it being really small the reason I don't think Ken gets in trouble is because the cop wouldn't have heard or saw him lock picking or smashing a window
