I usually do draw all my stitching lines on first--but if you think ahead a bit, then you don't have to draw them on all the pieces. As for how many stitches per inch--I've never measured! I just try to go a little smaller than usual.

Do you have a video on hand binding a quilt? Or do you use a sewing machine?
I don't have a video on hand binding a quilt, though that is the method I use. I'm sure there are lots of videos on how to do it though!
