Even though Aimi is the most important character in the story, Miyu is the one who gets to share a kanji in her name with the game's title.
Maybe that's because in the end, Miyu really was the true partner for Rikuto. Or maybe not. It's all up to your interpretation.
I'll say something else about Aimi, though. During the religious war a while back, Aimi was thrilled at the chance to watch Gensokyo's heroes duke it out, and she witnessed their battles at the Human Village and Myouren Temple.
If you can somehow get ahold of a record of those events, maybe you can recognize her from the outfit she's wearing in this game's extra stage.
愛美はストーリー上で一番重要な人物ですが、作品名に名前の一文字がついているのは実夕の方です。もしかして彼女の方が陸斗に相応しい恋人だったからとか・・・・そうじゃないとか。貴方のご想像にお任せします。
ですが、愛美に関してお話できる裏設定があります。以前の宗教戦争の時、彼女は幻想郷の英雄がぶつかり合う姿を見る機会に大喜びして、実際に人間の里や命蓮寺での闘いを目にしました。
もし当時の騒ぎの記録を手に入れることができたら、実在相のエキストラステージで着ている服装から彼女を見つけることができるかもしれません。

i understand that Miyu isn't mad at Aimi for the dream logic incident, but what's her opinion on it? I mean if someone changes reality for a person they love and it happens to be your boyfriend, you gotta have a reaction about it right?

I mean she was amazed at the dedication that Aimi had to her cause and how she was able to accomplish it, I'd say that's probably the most accurate reaction to it. She says herself something to the tune of "I should probably be mad, but I'm just impressed"
