Hey Spartan. The VIP support proved that the expertise skill works only for Belisarius prime damage , not the all damage from all players.
Now we can confirm it's a flop

No it's not, they said its a debuff and all attacking units will benefit from this debuff.
So due to the talent trees you cannot use Beli as a primary (most of the time), we will use him as a secondary commander. However, when he becomes the secondary his active skill's rage increase will become worthless because the enemy will use the active skill first. Think that you used Nevsky & Beli and Nevky used active skill on turn 8, beli will use it on turn 10. The enemy will also use it before the turn 10 already.
Since December last year, i stocked 180k gems just to max the wheel for the next cav march and then i get this

Nah he fits into the meta without breaking it. The meta is the most balanced now than it has been for a very long time. Beli prime will be great for aoo, counter rally with justinian, swarming, alter fights, rallying passes (like at a pass opening when you need to get it as soon as possible to gain an advantage). He isnt going to be an open field S tier, but he will be a really solid pick.
Adding in commanders like this is essential for the game, it means that youre not having the endless power-creep of broken commanders every cycle, but it adds a layer of strategy into the game such as being able to put your own counter rally into combat quickly in order to get it to the target as quickly as possible and defend a key structure.

Shame u cant pair an epic with his legend prime. A double BellyRayCyrus march would be God tier farm killer. I think XY BellyRayCyrus prime would be a god tier dueler pair. XY quick cast of skill and Belly upping the other guy rage cost plus reducing rage to boot would be something to behold.

I don’t know why everyone is so upset with the release. At least from my point of view he is good but he isn’t a must max which is great for most players f2p/low spender. I personally like this direction of commander releases that not every commander is broken and a must max but rather an additional option that you can pick

You guys are complainers . Max this commander on a farm account and go kill the enemy farmers when they are trying to farm to make space to teleport onto territory. Its actually fun. But some of you just fall into all farm killing is bad… its actually a good strategy to farm kill and not let the enemy farm more spaces to teleport.. its actually fun to farm kill and run away so this commander is amazing add. I wont add him to my mains murderball, but this is the next commander i max on my cav farm
