hello, since 2.5 years ago I basically started developing a very weird buzzing and very anxious sensation in my solar plexus. It became so bad that i had panic attacks and crazy heart elevations. Those things luckily went away although sometimes i notice i am still at the edge of a panic attack. Mostly at night on the couch. The thing that never went away however is the constant shortness of breath. It robs me of my joy in life, work and hobbies. I went to doctors, did bloodwork, went to healers, psychiatrist, and basically all clear. I also went to a shaman however in the very beginning of the crisis and he said it was a spirit or energy that was inside of me. It wasn’t evil but it was very strong and hardheaded?? He basically couldn’t get it off me and said i had to learn to work with the energy. And that he had the same things happened to him back in the day. He didn’t spoke my native language (dutch) so it was not easy to understand it all but I basically brushed it off because it made me even more anxious and depressed thinking im possesed or something haha. It was just hard because every “specialist” said something different. Im 32 years old.
It’s just a weird state i’m in for so long now and i just want to be “normal” again after suffering for 2.5 years now. greetings storm
