He was DM of my district Barabanki, UP from Mid-2019- Mid-23... For more than 3.5 years he remained DM in my district..This is very rare here in UP..Bcz here in any district no one can able to serve for more than 2 years (which is also very rare) as DM.
God knows how can he was not transferred by Yogi Adityanath for such a long period of time😌

No special allowances for IAS except vehicle, driver, gunner & home/small bungalow (Bunglow is also available when you are in field posting)...when you are posted in state capital or in Delhi or on such a post which hardly interact directly with public, then you don't get bunglow & even gunner is not provided... biggest perk of IAS is that he/she has the authority to take big decisions & bring good changes in the life of common people
