    That music nearly tipped me over the edge of insanity!

    Good god, in 2021 an actual panel beater, not panel replacer. Instantly subscribed

      We much prefer to repair if we can! Plus we love a challenge - even though this was a fairly straight forward repair

    Great transformation. Builders van to posh builders van. 😂

    What on earth was the gash black trim or sealent above the sportline splitter ? If it’s smoothed in it should of been painted . The high quality sportlines fit like a glove and from factory don’t have that . What were you thinking

      Was looking at that and wondering why there’s a black line there too. Just about to do my van which is black. Pondering whether to do it myself or pay a small fortune to have it sorted by professionals?

    Yer nice job does make a difference but I am not sure about the black bonding line, not sure it needs it and would look a lot sharper without it?

    I hope the original German made headlights weren’t replaced with Chinese made angel eyes.
    I’m amazed by how many people replace quality OEM equipment with cheap Chinese rubbish.

      @ganto77 Před rokem

      There’s a lot to understand about OEM headlights. A lot of them are made in Asia, not necessarily China, and some are in fact rubbish. Replacing them would actually be an improvement. Lights they put on the car are much better than the OEM ones.

    Cracking little video! What does a process like this cost approx? Parts and labour. Looking at getting a T5 but not sure whether to buy one already with mods or pay less and pay for mods myself. Thanks 🙂

    • @dpmtv7693
      @dpmtv7693  Před 3 lety

      Glad you enjoyed it! It all depends on what mods you require along with what bits you’d like colour coding.
      If you’d like to discuss further drop us an email on info@dpmautobody.co.uk
      Thanks

      And way too loud! Had to turn back up to hear you talk, back down when the music blared in.
      Enjoyed the van transformation though 👍

    How you would not replace the side markers, and tail lights is beyond me, but I guess it is what it is.

    Can you tell me how the rear reflectors come off the back of the t5 please? I can’t find anything anywhere!?

    • @dpmtv7693
      @dpmtv7693  Před 3 lety +1

      Off the rear bumper? Easier to remove with bumper off the car, they simply unclip out. Risk of snapping the reflector if done with the bumper fitted

    • @maz8869
      @maz8869 Před 3 lety

      @@dpmtv7693 thank you :) yes the bumper ones, not worried about snapping the old ones, got some smoked to go on, to level out the lights and high level brake light. :) just can’t find how they come out? I guess it’s just push from the rear??

    • @dpmtv7693
      @dpmtv7693  Před 3 lety +1

      @@maz8869 ok no worries - either push from there rear or lightly use a flat head to pry one corner up, just be careful not to mark the bumper. If you want help with knowing how to remove the bumper drop us a message on Instagram or facebook and we will happily run you through it :)
