Im not sure is it can be consider swlf defence or more to show or exercises for fitnes becos if need to dance in emergncy or real life while u turning or do dance like that i think your opponent already kick u..

I am not certain but it looks like the highest degree of skill is attributed to the player who can cause "forced errors" on the opponent, e.g. push the opponent into an obviously awkward or off-balanced situation... rather than just striking them
So, to defend myself in the streets, I would need someone to play the drums !
