    Interesting. Just so I'm clear; The value prop for renters is "Hey, you're going to pay your rent anyway, you may as well do it through us and we'll give you a 250 BILT points which can be spent in XYZ". Value prop for landlords is no real change but some small kick back. Value prop for credit cards and local businesses is a sales funnel. Then for BILT, theyre not making any more money on the rental transaction itself (other than what other payment processors would make) but theyre just being the funnel and getting kick backs here and there. Cool.

      what an unoriginal idea, just normal cashbacks targeting renters. it could be targeted to any other difirantiated group. there isnt at all any unique marker for this type of product, its just a fancied up affilianted marketing nothing more. why would people even do a video on that
