How to use:

I wish the ingenuous people who come up with these products in the motherland learnt about usability. So many products that could be so good, but fail to get across the finish line because their designers couldn't be bothered to test with real users, in real conditions, and went to market too quickly. The turn signals functionality would be great if they actually blinked, like every other vehicle on the road, and that switch didn't make the remote move around when operated. Also, with the popularity of ebikes, bike electronics should always allow for hardwired power as batteries are a chore to keep charged. The less to charge the better.
Anyways, thanks for making such a detailed video. It definitely saved me from buying this product.
I'm curious to know if a driver can actually see the light, and understand that it's a turn signal.
It is super bright
The light should be visible enough. It may be more suitable for cyclists behind because they have more time to react and they can follow closer. Without seeing it in real life, it's hard to be sure whether drivers can recognize it. My guess is that the font size needs to be larger. The good thing is that in a group ride, the rider can still have two hands on the handlebar while turning.
Turn signals should blink.
doesn't need to blink, should just be visible and people must know your intent of direction. I've seen some of the new BMW and Mercs also have animated blinkers now. It looks similar to a red stream moving on the right turn light (animation starts flowing left to the right side of the led strips). The more visible the better
when inserting the battery in the remote, is the positive side facing up or down or does it matter? i put battery in, and the remote doesn't seem to work

Looks flimsy. Too many flashing lights would confuse motorists. The device needs to be held with two fingers while signaling with another finger. Not practical for a bike
You actually zip tie to your handlebars and can use one finger to activate. I find the turn signal lever easier to find in the dark and activate then key fob style remotes but the light itself isnt the best quality. "Winglights" $40 handlebar end turn signals look nice and should work but aren't bright enough to use in direct sunlight.

Kupiłem. Słaba jakość wykonania, przy wciśnięciu kierunkowskazu w lewo odkręca się ta górna część od dolnej tak jak do wymiany baterii :) efekt super ale jakaś sprężynka brzęczy podczas jazdy. Rozebrałem i nic nie ma. Chyba to coś jest w tych 64 ledach. Nieprzyjemny i denerwujący dźwięk.
Za słabo zamknięta pokrywa od baterii.
So the lasers dont work with the turn signals.??

neither does it have a brake signal.
I bought one and was a bit disaapointed, but that thang is somewhart funny and well made from an electronic pointz of view.
Will recommend it if you kow this...
