Platysma neck banding is commonly addressed with incisions under the chin. Incisions under the chin are ideal for working on platysma. But can the platysma also be somewhat accessed with just incisions around the ears (no incisions under chin)? Thinking this might be suitable for patients whose issues are mainly with neck laxity and minimal neck banding and minimal neck fat.
Platysma cannot be tightened and accessed for tightening from the incisions behind the ears. On the positive side, the incision under the chin is hiding very well and is never a concern for my patients.
Plastic surgery has always been on the expensive side, especially if you are looking to have a surgery with an expert. However, the results are permanent and you will be enjoying it for many years to come!
Male facelifts don't seem to work as well as female ones do. Yes, he has fewer wrinkles and is more tight, but that just makes him look like a person the same age, but with more pulled skin. It doesn't really make him look like a younger person. Compare that to prominent female facelift patients (e.g. Cher), they actually look younger.
