He doesn't devil trigger for the same reason he uses Dante first. He relies on the meter to use the X-23 incoming trap.
When you´re losing by a small margin and there is like 5 seconds left, you should definitively do the move that heals you up.

Fucking repping Magneto Doom in this game full of Zeros and Vergils. One touch kills and lv3 xfactor kills, so you saying Zero Vergils are fair but not Fchamp's Magneto? You niggas have no fucking clue. Do you know how hard it is to master Magneto movement? Nigga gets bodied by wolverine rushdown and Morrigan zoning, and he has low health. Also you have to give this man respect for playing Dorm, a 2012 character, and Phoenix, she's free to Vergil swords. "I'll never play Vergil." Fchamp has class and character loyalty. He has all the skills you fucking scrubs dreamt of.
Strait up. True marvle players can understand the caliber of advancement presented in gameplay. F.champs movement is outstanding. Top three most fundamentally skilled players in Marvle by far. Champ, Wong,and ofcourse Ray Ray. Those three are my most respected/favorite fighters. HANDS DOWN
I don't think anyone is saying zero and vergil are fair and if they are they should be shot. Plus there are more dooms than any other character so you really should be saying a game full of dooms, and vergils but i get your point.
Fchamp is like school on weekends. No CLASS.

DapVip is really good, but the zoning is what definitely got him. DV did pretty good at FR, I think, so he might win a major in the future
As a fellow X-23 player I was really rooting for Dapvip, but unfortunately his team just doesn't do well against zoning this strong. It just goes to show how great of a player F. Champ is. He makes good players like Dapvip look free. A lot of these games came down to the wire though.

Lame is a scrub term its called keep away/zoning. Lame was marvel 2! U have to zone x23 and the other really good rush down characters cuz duh that's the point they r better than u up close. Most of u sound like haters, I'm not an fchamp fan either but the guy is good period!

Yeah it was lame. But that's because FChamp has superb movement.
Dap is still crazy though. His style is unique but he just needed to master his strategy like FCHAMP, Chris G and KaneBlueRiver etc. mastered theirs. He's too vulnerable no matter which character runs point. If you don't let Dap get started its hard for him to win.

A god yeah sure very funny. A god as in the god of douche bags then yeah. I would never play him. Not because I'd lose but because I don't play assholes who suck the fun out of the game. I will never compete in a tournament for that reason. The best players in my opinion won't play in these because they do legit combos and get destroyed by bullshit like this.

I feel like x-23 has potential to be really good, it's just hard to find a perfect team for her with all around good synergy. I really hope some eventually shows up with some really good tech for her.

The score may have been in Champ's favour but Dapvip played well. All but one of those matches were close, and a lot of it came down to Doom comebacks.

When I saw Champ was playing, I knew it'd be super lame, but I saw Dapvip and I never saw him before. Dapvip ain't no sloth, but he both dropped and hasn't seemed to practice the characters a lot. Still, he ain't a sloth. Of course, my opinions on Champ were confirmed.
Edit: To add, Champ was trying to catch Dapvip pressing buttons the entire match, so maybe that's why Dap wasn't doin much of anything. Still, an average match. Dap, I really do wanna see a better Iron Man and X-23, since they seem to be your strongest characters.

Filipino champ is probably all cocky that he beat a team on FT5, using top tier characters against low tier
I played a few sets of casuals with him before. He is actually not the persona portrayed by the bulk of FGC. He gave me useful tips, didnt trash talk and was overall completely polite.
He also released a set of videos regarding game mechanics and player analyzes and contributed a lot to the FGC in terms of videos and knowledge.
I feel like the majority of people who rips on him are people who has never met him in person and interacted with him.
