This one was really interesting!! I also noticed that I have to be intentional when I wanna do nothing and it’s actually hard to convince myself it’s ‘a good thing’ to be resting 😅
Yeah, it’s definitely hard at first to think of rest - or doing nothing - as a good thing. But it’s soooo necessary to learn to be gracious about it
