    Hi Michael, I’m going to make this kit soon, but how much water do you rehydrate the spray malt in? And as you only put half in to steep the grains in when do you put the remainder?

      Ok, sorry see you added it at the beginning of the boil, but just want to be sure about quantities

      Hey, The spraymalt was re hydrated in a 5 litre measuring jug , so approx 4 litre of cold water and I added the remainder 15 minutes before the end of the boil. Let us know if we can help further

      @@Geterbrewed I messed up! I did 4-5 litres of cold water to dissolve in, I used about 3 to steep in but all of it for the entire boil. Then my SG came out at 1.032, but that was quite cold (around 11deg c) after I added water to take it up to 23L,
      Is bubbling away, but not sure what to expect at the end! Hopefully it is drinkable!
