Slab ke vibration ke bareme datail me video banaye, slab ke size ke according standard vibration kitna hona chahiye oh commen people vibromeeter application se kaise count kare yeh bataye, mera 10x12 ka living room hai usme vibrometer se ek standard football ko 6ft hight se chhodne se 2.5 mm tak ka vibration show karta hai (6ft se chhodne se, na ke patakne se ) toh kya yeh sahi hai?

NO! Depends on how long the reo was exposed to water. If the reo is rusted out, it will cause concrete cancer and start blowing out concrete chunks. Then its time for very costly repairs or replace.

This deck is structurally unsound, epoxy just moved the stresses over ... If, the same load conditions exist, this will map again.

It's not epoxy. It's a 2part polyurethane foam designed to stop water leaking. It expands when it touches water. Repairing that slab into a structural substrate again is a HUGE job and really expensive.
