      @@user-xk9ro2jy2t yes of course our scalp needs a skincare routine, it's still skin, just more specialized with more needs. If anything it needs more care because it's a far more humid and damp and dark environment with lots of bacteria and yeast and play. It still sweats but it also produces a lot of oil and grows a lot of hair. It's literally so hard working if you can give it cleanses, massages, nourishment and sometimes even medication when required, your scalp (and therefore hair) will be soo healthy

    • @be.A.b
      @be.A.b Před rokem +95

      @@dumplingsboi3906 Over production from over washing isn’t that common. It’s more hype the anything. Its more likely to cause dry brittle hair and dry scalp then anything. For most people it’s just microbe imbalance, in other words, fungal over growth.
      That oil was under there, it was just trapped from all the dandruff and skin cell buildup. That’s the fungus building a home to feed on the oils. When she brushed, it got a chance to release, so looked like over production.
      First thing to try would be topicals, like medicated shampoo to kill the fungus. If that doesn’t work, or isn’t solving it completely, the time to change diet. Cut out dairy first. Dairy consumption produces oils that fungus loves. Some people can get away with still eating cultured dairy.. things like yogurt, and quality cheeses. The “good bacteria” breaks down the dairy for you, so unwanted fungus and bacteria can’t. Then focus on adding more fresh produce to diet. The body needs fiber and antioxidants. Don’t listen to those loony crazy eyed TikTok carnivores. Once your body adjusts to these changes, cut out trash and focus on quality nutrition form every meal. Diet goes a long way with skin and hair. Not everybody can live off just refined grains and meat. Many people need Mediterranean style eating for best quality life. Look up Nordic diet, Okinawa diet too. These are local ways of eating that are associated with better health outcomes.

    Both the dandruff and oil are normal. The dandruff is because you have dry scalp try head and shoulders or sulfate free. And the oil releases when we massage our scalps (touch them), brush our ha8r etc, that’s why it’s good to brush our hair twice daily and massage our scalps with fingers or hair oil if it’s dry because it will moisten the dry skin stop flaking off

    For those who need to wash every day I tell my clients to shampoo once, rinse out and shampoo again and then attempt to go one day washing your hair and one day not. All of them noticed a difference and have stuck to this routine. Ask any hair stylist it is not ideal to wash your hair every single day because constantly stripping the oil from your scalp will leave your skin over producing oil to rehydrate itself after every shower. Same thing happens when you don’t moisturize after washing your face.

    Don't worried it's just natural oils that come out of your hair

    How to rake a shower : first grab you're shampoo, so with the shampoo you're gonna want to scratch the shampoo in and get it in there through Aly. Next: a thing called conditioner you're going to put it on the end of you're hair then grab hair brush, and brush you're hair with the conditioner in so it will really get in there. And you're done ✅.

    I've stopped using shampoo for two months now and have followed NoPoo recipe to some extent. I'm noticing that my hair is feeling very sticky these days. I'm not sure why. Am I missing something or is it weather related (humidity etc)? Thanks!

    It’s natural hair oil that protects your hair follicles that shampoo destroys so shampoo is not good for your hair. Neither is conditioner it was created for women to look stylish, and then it turned into an every day thing, but it’s really not good for your hair at all.

  • @maikeybhau4259
