What year is this specific model? That's the million dollar question. All the years of make in the description aren't this difficult, I'm sure. I have a 2009 personally; I'll post what it looks like in a following comment. My motor has quit, so I'll see what it looks like and if it makes more sense for a mechanic to replace or if I can do it on my own. You have to weigh both parts cost and what your time is worth.

I used a 5/16 drill bit and 8, #8 5/8" sheet metal screws. Youre welcome

How do you know when you have a bad blower motor?

I am stumped. My blower quit working. I replaced the control resistor & motor. Check all the fuses and relays they all seem good. I am getting 6 to volts dc where the motor plugs in. What am i missing?

My car is dripping water from this blower motor. I checked the sunroof and it’s not coming from there. I don’t know where else it could be coming from. Any help is much appreciated!

You would think its made of gold with all that work. I guess ill deal with the noise until it dies.

What ever happened to bolting these motors in . This could have bin a 5 min job if it was designed better! Someone had to engineer what once was an easy job to change out of the design . Turns what once was a 5min job into just over an hour. GM should be embarrassed.

Just when I thought I'd seen every cheap built product GM had built. I'm a retired certified mechanic, but this kind of manufacturing is the result of the now China Motors Corporation.

GM knows that most of their newer cars are junk and won’t be collectible, thus the prescribed repairs ensure points deductions at car shows.😂😂😂

What an asinine design. This is why engineers are hated.
