We ship worldwide from 2 fulfilment centers in the USA and in Ukraine. Standard delivery is free of charge by FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, Ukrposhta. Delivery time around the USA is up to 14 days, worldwide 21 business days. There can be Covid19 social distancing regulations related delays.
How can I tell what is my correct finger size?
Small rings are designed for a finger diameter of 16mm (approx. 0.6 inches).
Medium rings are designed for a finger diameter of 18mm (approx. 0.7 inches).
Large rings are designed for a finger diameter of 21mm (approx. 0.8 inches).
We developed a print-out PDF to measure your finger size. This way, you can see with your own eyes which ring sizes are best for you.

Print on standard A4 paper. Make sure you select the "actual size" option when printing (or similar wording, based on your software) so it keeps the correct dimensions and doesn't change the borders.

Ich habe auch am 5ten Januar bestellt und bis heute nichts bekommen. Habe auch schon 2x eine Email geschrieben. Mal Online auf der Homepage, mal per Email. @@jillwade4223 I ordered in November and got them. I’ve placed 4 orders total and received all of them. I ordered one this month and got it under a week. Might be where you live or something. I did have to file something for the usps however because I thought they where lost. But I figured it out and got them. Might also be because of covid.

Hola. Hice un pedido en noviembre en la página oficial y recibí después de cinco semanas los anillos, pero no son de buena calidad. Tienen imperfecciones en el plástico y no guiran adecuadamente. Además, el imán no sujeta bien. No es igual que en los vídeos. Mandé 2 correos a Avision@fin-gears.com con las fotos de los anillos pero no me han contestado aún. Qué puedo hacer?

@@FinGears yes 👍🏾. They didn’t look like the rubbery type like the video, they where very plasticity. But yes, I did get them!
