      Siguro nadamihan niyo po ng lagay..mas maigi po maglagay muna kayo ng few gel sa frosting e mix then rest niyo muna a couple of hours ilagay sa ref, resting will help para mag absorb yung color dun sa frosting. After resting check niyo color ng frosting niyo makita niyo na mag change eto at nag dadarken yung color, once nakulangan pa saka na kayo mag add ulit ng gel unti unti. This way maiwasan yung paglagay ng madaming food color which is yun ang nag dudulot ng bitterness sa frosting.

      Na beat niyo po ba maiigi yung whippit paste kasi minsan eto din po yung dahilan kung bakit pumapait pag d masyadong na bebeat maigi yung paste. Or maybe sa gel mismo may problema. Try niyo po gamitin ang Peotraco na red gel color usually yun po ginagamit ko pag dark red color ang gusto ko ma achieve.

      If I may add, suggest lang din po if maglalagay kayo ng red frosting as coating sa cake niyo maybe better to coat it muna with slightly pink color kahit thin frosting lang. Then e patch niyo nlang yung red frosting sa top ng first coating at least manipis lang para hindi na kayo maglalagay ng maraming gel color sa frosting. Or else air brush niyo po kung meron kayo.

      Your welcome mommy Jhing..okay lang po yan kahit ano pwede natin ilagay sa cake. Since I don't customized na so nag practice ako magsulat..minsan sinasabihan ko muna customer ma'am okay lang ba hindi po ganun kaganda ang sulat ko. " Oo walang problema as long nababasa siya" O
      diba! Tapos gumanda bigla pagkasulat ko..😂 anyways, mas easier for me Kasi ang magsulat kaysa gumawa ng fondant letters or mag print..hehe..depende na po sa diskarte natin talaga.😊

    Wow, very informative nmn... Unti unti ko ng gagamitin ung mga nPapanood ko sa viseo nyo. Since nag uumpisa na po ako mag bake... for personal consumption muna... And hopefully po magka lakas ng loob at maging pagkakakitaan ko🤞. Maam sana mag video din kau ng pagkukulay ng pang frosting... Like panu maachieve iba ibang kulay... E. g.     Hi Idol! Pwede ba light corn syrup ilagay instead of glucose? Saka ilan min beat ang 1 cup whippit para pang writing? And what speed po pag beat?

      I just grabbed from a 1 pack whipped Frosting same preparation lang sa pinakita ko na video of how to prepare the whippit link is at the description box. Consistency of whippit must be firm not foamy.

      Opo medyo papait po kung madaming gel color mailagay..kaya mas maigi mag start muna sa light color, then saka mag add para madali makuha yung kulay...and to deepen the color hayaan lang mag sit ang Frosting.

    Hi Ma'am. Ask ko lang po if na chill overnight un whippit frosting. Kailangan pa po ba i-whip sa stand mixer kinabukasan and bago i-frost sa cake?

      Yes po kahit a few minutes lang para mag smooth ulit si whippit and ma aerate ulit. If too firm yung consistency ni whippit pwde ka add water bit by bit lang as needed lang. Pero if sakto na yung consistency no need to add water.

    Hi po. Ano pong pwedeng gawin if ever foamy or may aur bubbles ang whippit ma'am? Tapos pang susulat? I.beat po ba dapat ulit? Or add ng tubig oa unti2?

      If foamy yung whippit ibig sabihin nasobrahan po ng tubig or liquid si whippit, lagyan mo lang siya ulit ng whippit paste kahit paunti unti e beat lang until makita mo na nasa tamang consistency na ulit si whippit. Para naman sa pansulat if stiff consistency si whippit lagyan mo lang ng konting tubig para hindi masyadong stiff pag isinulat mo sa cake. (Add around tsp or tbsp-depende sa dami ng whippit frosting na gagamitin sa pansulat)

      Naglalagay lang po ako ng glucose pag eto ginagawa ko panulat na icing just to prolonge the shelf life. Not tried adding it to Whippit frosting for coating. And also not certain about the result for everwhip since hindi ko po na try gamitin eto.

      Hindi ko pa na try si corn syrup but perhaps Pwede po since meron naman similarity ang corn syrup at glucose.

      Maybe po not sure sa result since hindi pa ako gunagawa ng boiled icing sa shop. But perhaps you can try adding it to your boiled icing it's just a sugar syrup lang naman try to add small amount lang po muna. Then observe lang the consistency and taste it din po.☺️

    Hello po, I use the same brand ng gel food color.. Tapos I tried chilling it overnight pero di parin po nagimprove yung color.. Natatakot po ako dagdagan kasi naexperience ko before na pumapait siya :( Any tips po huhu

      Hi depende po yan kung madami ang gagawing frosting na red color, better use red gel Peotraco yun po gamit ko pag maramihan na. Pag nasa deep pink color na si frosting e rest mo siya overnight para mag set at mag absorb ang color sa frosting then saka ka mag add ng gel color bit by bit until you reach yung desired red color na gusto mo. Hoe this help po.☺️

      In any baking supplies po meron yan, kahit online meron search niyo lang piping bag small size po yan. 100pcs per pack po. forgot lang the exact price mga 100plus yata bili ko last year.

      Try niyo po muna mga 1-2 tsp, pero estimate po kau depende sa dami na frosting na lalagyan niyo ng glucose.

      My tendency po na pumait pag too much, kaya we suggest to give it some time to rest for a couple of hours or overnight in the fridge before adding another drop of color.

      Nope hindi naman kasi yung frosting naman ay hindi masyadong matamis at lagyan mo lang ng konting glucose and taste mo din bago magdagdag para meron ka din control sa tamis.

      Walang ratio naman po, kumukuha lang ako ng gagamitin ko sa prepared whippit (whipped) na po with 300-350 ml of water then mix with red gel color.
      Ang consistency po dapat not too firm and not too soft tamang consistency lang po.

      Pumapait po pag madami talaga ang nalalagay natin, sa pinakita ko sa video first prep ko naglagay ako muna a few red gel, at first magiging red na siya but not deep red, so i let it rest overnight sa chiller pra mag absorb yung red Color sa Frosting, then saka ko siya dagdagnan ulit ng red gel a few drops nalang just to make it deep red.
