The best lecture about heart block I have ever watched or listened. Salute from Egypt
Thank you! My medical school had an ER doc teach us the EKG stuff and not a cardiologist and it felt like we were learning along with him as he showed us the slides
Lmao this is way too funny 🤣
Simple & to the point!

I have LBBB and trying to see/read it on my ECG's. Also wonder if an imbalance of electrolytes could have caused it?
Can you have Mobitz 1 and sometimes next to it a Mobitz 2
Wonderful lectures, plz make similar lectures on all ecg topics, like pvc, mat, pea, etx etx
Thank you- I've got one out on ECG interpretation, and another coming soon on common ECG findings! 🙂
@@RhesusMedicine 💯
What would cause a 2nd degree heart block mobitz 1 in a patient with a dual chamber pacemaker? This goes beyond settings. The block showed up on a zio patch.
I wouldn't trustit without a 12 lead EKG confirmation...
best best best
1:10 1st degree AV block
hypokalemia?
i think it is hyperkalemia in type 1
I wish I can get a PDF on the topic heart block
PDFs planned to be added to Patreon soon 🤞
Can Wenckebach progress to type 2 or even worse, total block?
It's possible that it does progress, but it does not tend to progress
Fast, less Clarifications and more complexity
Yes there are some pictures and infos but so fast without Linking info to each other! I wish you do better of that plz 🙏
Made easy?!
Not easy at all, sorry. You lost me at the start of the 2nd degree heart block 🤦🏻♀️
Why do americans say PR interval, while it must be PQ interval.
Because most of times q wave isn’t detected by the ecg
