Celebrating St Brigid with The Northern Lights - Brigid 1500 Series in Dundalk Market Square

The huge arches at the Market Square have become a talking point and are set to be one of the highlights of Louth’s celebrations to mark the 1500 anniversary of the death of the Faughart-born Saint and Celtic goddess.
The Northern Lights - Brigid 1500 Series is the first of its kind ever seen in Ireland, featuring up to 200,000 individual points of light and decorative symbols inspired by the iconic Brigid of Faughart mural by Irish artist Friz.
