NTWEWY has been out for years and you guys are just NOW talking about it? It's a little bit too late for that, the game is absolutely amazing, but you never gave it the publicity or marketing it deserved. Do better Square Enix.

They already streamed an interview with him before it came out. Also, whats the matter if they do it now? Its exposure and it can get new eyes on the game or remind people who didn't pick it up when it came out. What's to complain about here?

This is three years too late to talk about my favorite game of 2021.
Nice to see you guys acknowledging this wonderful game and featuring the voice actor to one of my favorite characters! Hopefully we can get a TWEWY sequel and an anime adaptation of NEO, please? 😊

The fact that the original way this got released, by the site cause of the countdown, to then waking up, on my birthday to see the words, "the game has begun anew!" There was no way it was definitely calling me back after the 1st.
The game was great, still too awesome for the series, and we gotta hope for a 3rd. And maybe this will get anime too.

It’s on ps4, switch and steam.
Original is mostly really available on Switch (maybe also PC idk?) but NTWEWY is on the PS4 and PC in addition. NTWEWY is perfectly playable by itself, but knowledge of the first game greatly enhances the sequel imho. :>
Maybe the real NTWEWY was the friends we made along the way.

TWEWY is such an amazing game series. The poor localization of both games is what brings it down.
Don't know what you're talking about. The localization of NEO had a few hiccups (e.g. translating our favorite Shibuya Composer's motives at the end), but overall I found it amazing. They did a great job conveying the vibe to an English-speaking audience. A 1:1 translation wouldn't work.
And I hear that the original's EN localization, while more lighthearted in tone than the original, is so famously good that I hear even JP players have expressed wanting to play it.
How can you localize so poorly. Too much western political agenda was added for no reason. A disgrace to Japan’s original intent.
