Nashville will be the most improved in the Central.
Jets will be lucky if they get a wildcard spot.

For top-3 divisional spots I would say the Dallas Stars, Avs, Utah Hockey Club and Preds will be competing with the Jets. The Wild, due to dead cap from the Ryan Suter and Zach Parise buyouts, likely will have a hard time competing for a playoff spot, making it possible the Jets will this coming season finish as low as 6th in their division.
