Bro, He is Tamil speaking means purely South Indian, It is obvious to all the world that all Indians are not 100% Hindi-speaking. If he speaks in Tamil, you and the whole world will not understand except Tamil speakers that's why he used to speak in English. He somehow understands Hindi and used to speak just for songs (from written lyrics).
