I was broken about a year ago due to a divorce and didn't realize it at first .One of my daily prayers was asking God to heal my heart,allow me to profit in my pain and give me double for my trouble. I can testify within months I was so much better one of the reason is I no longer wanted to be mad,sad or hurt because it did nothing for me .I started to put my energy somewhere else

(I was too busy wondering, if I was dressed accordingly, for the art show)... If she hadn't been bold enough to ask could she take my picture, to do a sketch for her art project, I would have never known... She said she was afraid, to ask, but couldn't help herself, because my face structure, outfit, and hair, just stood out as artsy, and she couldn't stop staring at me... Little did she know, I was on my way to an art show and her words gave me confirmation, to stop worrying... I usually say no to pictures, but in her case, I agreed to the photo... Sometime, I think to myself, I should have got her information, to see to finish product... Hopefully it turned out well... :)
Fortunately I am not bitter or broken but I have been jaded and have been perpetually disappointed by the men I've dealt with, but I have stood by my own personal affirmations to not give anyone power to dictate my heart's posture or my ability to be, forgiving, open & optimistic about what's to come. It's been hard not to become bitter or to anticipate the worst in others but I think I'm doing well. ♥️👍🏿👑

A person could be feeling a certain way or have a certain attitude- good or bad- based on what they are thinking about. What consumes our mind, controls our life. Our thoughts have power and that power has the ability to manifest in the physical realm.
So true, you just accept that what was done was done but move forward in any new relationship that they aren’t the one that you got broken from that they are there to try & make their history with you. Trust them to allow them to give you something from within them. Your past has to rest at some point.

Tony, I can totally relate to what you're saying. We are creators and as such we can manifest our reality whether negative or positive. Being angry, bitter, and broken keeps us from fulfilling our purpose on earth. Seeking God will provide peace, heal brokenness, produce power and birth purpose.

Mindset is everything...it is sad to meet bitter people and see them so hurt. It takes a huge effort to overcome but it will free u up! Rise above! It might take a hot minute, it is a long road but hard work pays off! Seek help, help others do volunteering work. Don't give up! Much love!
