I always feel my highest and most powerful when I am not having sex with anyone but myself & focusing on my self. I want to have a relationship but often feel thrown off or in a way as you said drained by all of them.
When I was in prison boot camp,we had no choice but to reserve our sexual energy. With that, all I did was write down plans when I got out. Get a job get my high school diploma go to college. And was going to church every Sunday . With my sexual energy being stronger while reserving it, I was able to manifest all of these things in that order this is powerful.

I feel like you are speaking directly to me about the contempt energy. I literally just came back from vacation with my grandma and kids. She made the trip so negative and I couldn’t enjoy myself. I found myself trying to be a peace maker and she continuously talks behind my back about my spirituality and play in my face like she’s with it.
