I know from experience that hot sauce is good for a while after expiration maybe a year at most
This shit will not go bad even if its expired...its vinegar, sugar salt and chillies - laced with tons of preservatives..so unless its molded, theres a very high chance that its still good

Pretty sure that you're exaggerating, given that Mad Dog 357 Plutonium No. 9 is the worlds spiciest sauce from which it's more than dangerous to take one drop of. A full hamburger that's 10-11 million scoville units would be more than enough to kill a person given that a patty usually weighs around 100~ grams is restaurants.
