hello, sorry for late response,
I casually download the ultimate jutsu video from youtube, and then pause then i screenshot them one per frame 0.6 in any gallery with video speed adjuster.
The reason why it lose the quality of the video is might be you donwload a 360 quality video,
its also base in game after you import the mod ,
Yes, your right it lose quality but just a bit because the mod is just a 3d model with replacing a picture on 3d model it cannot be an actual quality of the image you import on the game.
But you should try to download the highest quality or just (720p) of the video you want to screenshot, to make it more clear and good quality in the game , because i also download the video with 720-1080 video.
