Buddy was a freak and amazing at Hawthorn. He could have stayed for more glory and yes less money than The Swans offered ? But he opted to chase the money and the pussy and not be a team man but a ME ME ME player which suits The Swans MO perfectly .
He's been a better team player at the Swans. His improvement between 2012 and 2013 around sharing the ball and getting other players into the game was huge, then he left, and took all that experience to the Swans. Oh well, he helped us win two, and we got the job done without him two more times after that.
I really hope he really practise his goal kicking in pre season, I mean he's a freak theres no doubt about it, be he needs to be that little bit better, and if he gets there, he'll be unstoppable and he'll get to 100 again.
To be honest as a hawthorn supporter and a huge buddy fan he did choke in the grand final he missed very easy goals at the same time he did an okay job but he could of done better next year boys
