I think people just dont like georgias way of being and try to turn every situation around to make her look bad. She wanted to leave after the ultimatum but Sam thought the producers just wanted to test them and therefore made her stay. Everyone in the villa and outside turned against georgia saying it was the prove that she didnt like sam (even dani).
