    In the 2022 film "The Batman," the Batmobile takes on a gritty and stylish classic muscle car form that perfectly matches the film's dark and intense atmosphere. This iteration of the iconic vehicle is a sleek, black muscle car with a powerful and menacing presence. Its design seamlessly blends classic elements with modern touches, featuring a low-slung body, sharp lines, and a robust set of wheels. The Batmobile's armored exterior provides Batman with both protection and speed as he navigates the crime-infested streets of Gotham City. This version of the Batmobile is a reflection of the film's reimagined and grounded take on the Caped Crusader, embodying his relentless pursuit of justice in a visually striking and formidable manner.

    With as much attention to detail the did on the rear engine, It amazes me that they didn't actually have anyone the understands how turbo's work and just stuck them on for looks.

    Wow. It never ceases to amaze me how much MONEY movie production companies dump into these prop cars. It really is an astronomical amount of cash, labour and ingenuity. 😮

    This scene was very well done. The car DID look menacing and distinctly American.

    Doing better with the voice over volume! Knock it up to about the level it is at when you say "Fact #4", etc. A lot of people love this kind of stuff. Me included.

    Another good and enjoyable video! Thank you!
    About the intimidating appearance of the car, I read i-can't-remember-where that the scene which the Batmobile is introduced, like she was a demon waiting in the dark for its prize, got inspiration from a certain red Plymouth Fury.. :)
    ...anyway, what a car 😍

    For me it's clearly a 60's Charger, but I know that for the movie the car was totally built from scratch, but I like to imagine that in universe they used a Charger as a base car for this sick looking batmobile !

      Not sure on the specifics of that, but much as custom built Rally cars are setup with, power it is fully adjustable to the front and or rear wheels. like, 50/50, 100/0, 75/25 and anywhere in between most likely.

    This vehicle just confuses me. Is it supposed to be a twin ICEngine car? If it's rear engined ICE and front engined jet, what are the flames out of the front and sides supposed to be (same question if it's single rear engine)? And what is the deal with the afterburner coming out of the middle of the engine in the rear. Shouldn't the crankshaft be in the way of the jet in that location (plus the routing a hot jet exhaust through an engine being an "interesting" engineering challenge itself). Or is the afterburner supposed to work igniting the regular exhaust of the engine (as it kind of looks like) and it's a single ICE in the rear? Yes, apparently the Spitfire gained a little thrust from the exhausts, but that Batmobile setup doesn't look like any exhaust thrust would work, piping coming in perpendicular. Seems like it would have been easier and made more sense to pretend the rear engine was a jet and front was ICE, add a couple of scoops to feed the jet with air.

      @CarStarz42  Před 7 měsíci +2

      Yeah, it all doesn't make much sense indeed, best to not try to think on it too hard on it. It's like trying to use logic on a cartoon; a fruitless effort, lol. I think they just pretty much shoved light effects in any hole they could to make it seem "extreme" and eye catching.

      @@CarStarz42 at least we got to see you make another interesting video, so we got something out of it.
