Drug smuggling, human trafficking, weapons trafficking, providing protection, exotic animal smuggling, etc. What do all of those things have in common? If you can afford the service, you receive what you ask for. They are a business at the end of the day. If drugs were decriminalized in the US, it wouldn’t fix the stream of revenue from the drug market. The cartels are even using Chinese scientists to produce fentanyl.
