Lata just had inferiority complex because she always thought she was dark complexion and not good looking whereas noor jahan had fair complexion but in voice range and quality noor jahan was nowhere Lata mangeshkar but Lata always gave respect to noor jahan.
inferiority complex? why Lata mangeshkar never was in show biz. she must have mentioned about Noor jahan's fair complexion but that does not mean she had inferiority complex. You must have praise other's beauty, does that mean you have inferirority complex.

Lata mangeshkar maintained the dignity and quality in singing whereas noor jahan failed in this respect. Lata mangeshkar was not egoist and arrogant whereas nor jahan failed in this aspect as well.
I don't know why noor jahan is calling Lata as beta because the only age difference was 3 years but noor jahan was arrogant and egoist and calling other bachay and beta just to show I am superior but when there is a competition then noor jahan failed miserably.
to say beta or beti in speech is based in culture its not meant literally; just like if i call you ullu ka patha for not knowing this then you should not be offended 😎😎😍😍😎😎
