for those curious as to why the flag of hong kong is like this, it's because hong kong was a british colony up until 1997, and super street fighter 2 and turbo were released in 1993 and 1994.

There are a few ways. Get to Bison in less than (15?) minutes without using a continue. Or rack up, I think, 1.2 million points
