Sorry, I do not know the availability of the Find My Device network in Belgium. The most recent update I saw from Google on the rollout by region was in a blog post in April, where Google said the Find My Device network was "rolling out to Android devices around the world, starting in the U.S. and Canada", but with no specific timelines.
