Nice fix. Just one thing to mention. Optocoupler is a led diode and a phototransistor so its never cross shorted. You can check only one side at once. To measure it properly you gonna need 2 multimeters both in diode mode.
thank you for the helpful video! Came here to get better in troubleshooting, but it turned out that my own tv (55pus6561) had exactly the same issue. The PSU is bigger but very alike. Was a nice and easy 60 cents fix.

This helpful buy my problem is my TV is turning on automatically and I can't use the remote to turn it off unless I switched it off from the wall plug and also I can't switch the channel to my decoder
2016 looks old, but tbh TV marked didn't changed that much. I have 4K TV from Samsung (JU7500) from end of 2015 and the performance is even better than some newer Samsung TV made in 2019/2020.... Btw are you polish, but living in UK?
Is the standby voltage coming from the mailboard, or is is created on the powerboard?, i have a Philips philips 715g6973-p03-002-002m powerboard. the 12 volts are present, but not the standby 3.5/5 volr. grateful for any hints/tips :)
I have a Phillips TV (2013, model 42PFL3188H/12). One of the bolt brackets got loose and I moved the TV to hear the rattle and suddenly no sound. Then lifted it and no picture. TV now won't start (but I do see a Phillips logo but then stops and restarts with logo but without progression to picture). Turns out the bracket wedged behind the power board. Could you check/repair (or replace) if I sent you the power board?

I think that's a common Issue with many Philips Power boards. In my case it was the same error and same Fix. It's nice to fix a TV, for about 20cents😂
