I went to jail for a half year in 2013 till the beginning for 2014. I came out and had to be on tether for another 6. This video help me continue training at home till I was able to go back to the gym. I watch this on repeat everyday. So thank you for creating this and motivating me.
I just love this girl everything about her. From her struggles as a child to her career. I'm a huge fan of fighters from Roy Jones jr to Mike Tyson to Silva..... but the woman is in her own world she is the greatest I've seen you can see in her eyes business is business and when it's not business you see the cheerful side of her.. I would say I hope your career goes far but it already has lol keep up the good work and never fear losing there is lessons even in that

Then as she got completely fuckin annihilated by Holly Holms and then smashed like a preschooler by Amanda Nunes, I started to watch more MMA fights to understand what this shit was Really About. Now I'm a HUGE FAN of Valentina Shevchenko, who UNLIKE Ronda is not a one-trick-pony, but rather trains and prepares for ALL possibilities. Valentina MAY lose a fight, or her belt someday... but in NO WAY will she look back on her career and see such a massive shortfall as Ronda did. Bless Ronda for what she did with her career, and goodluck to her in WWF or whatever the fuck she's doing now.
