Pro tip, take a garlic cut in half wrap im aluminium foil put some olive oil or ghee on the cut portion of garlic before wrapping. Roast it on gas. Then open the foil squeeze the garlic and mix with butter as shown. You can keep that butter as garlic butter.

If ur lazy like me but its ok to have
Simple-garlic-bread…
Grate a clove of garlic and some cheese on top of a bread and roast with butter or ghee 😌
